At Talia Vale Boutique-Hamptons, we strive to keep our customers satisfied. However, if you need to return a product, this document clearly outlines our return policy.
Return Conditions

You may only initiate a return after you have physically received the item.

Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping fees.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.

Trying on is allowed, but wearing the item is not.

Purchasing the same product in multiple sizes with the intention to return part of the order is not allowed.
Return Process

Notify us of your return by emailing support@TaliaValeBoutique-Hamptons.com within 30 days of receiving your item.

We will provide you with the return address of our supplier (based in China).

You must ship the item back at your own expense, including any customs duties or shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking.
Refund
After the item has been received at the return address and the condition of the product is approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
Liability

We are not responsible for lost packages if tracking shows the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

If an incorrect address was provided, this is the responsibility of the customer.

Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
